Older flats, real constraints
A Dadar kitchen often has a beam over the hob, a window that cuts the wall-unit line, or a floor that slopes toward a wet balcony. A wardrobe run may stop under a loft that was never meant to take shutters. We measure those before we price. Society timing and staircase access, where a building has no workable lift, are part of the same conversation. Tell us at the visit. We plan the install around the rule, and we do not hide access labour inside a shutter rate.

The enquiry site visit is free, as it is elsewhere in Mumbai. Project pricing follows scope and materials. We do not add a separate Dadar charge in our standard process. Anything unusual, such as difficult access, is written on the quote before you approve it.
Yes. We visit both sides, including pockets toward Shivaji Park. Nearby Matunga and Parel calls can be scheduled on the same central-Mumbai round. Say the exact locality on the form so we book the right slot.
Yes. A lot of Dadar stock has beams, out-of-plumb walls, and floors that need packing before a carcass sits true. We measure that at the visit and put levelling in the quote, rather than discovering it on install day.
No. Production is at 208, Wakefield House, Ballard Pier, Fort, Mumbai 400001. Dadar is an install and site-visit area, a short run from Fort. You are welcome to talk through samples at the visit; the cutting happens at the workshop.
One wardrobe is often about 7–10 days after approval. A modular kitchen is typically about 12–18 days after approval. Both depend on finish and the workshop queue. You get a confirmed timeline before work starts.
