Office joinery is a different quote
Reception desks, storage walls, and workstation runs inside BKC are carpentry, and we quote them separately from a home kitchen. Office sites want a security pass, a weekend or after-hours slot, and a goods lift that is not the staff lift. Send the building’s vendor process with the enquiry. We do not fold an office fit-out into a residential rate, and we do not call a home in Kalina an “office project” because the pin is near BKC.
Weekend measures are possible for homes whose societies only allow work crews on Saturday. Ask when you book. Weekday visits are the default. There is no BKC showroom.
