- Notes on the service lift, staircase, and society timing, so delivery is not a surprise
- A clear next step: drawings where the job needs them, then an itemised quote and timeline

Free visit, and when a charge can apply
The first enquiry visit and measure are free across the Mumbai areas we serve. We do not ask for a project advance to come and measure.
A charge can apply, and we say so before we travel, when:
- The locality is far enough that our existing pages already flag it — Kharghar or Panvel-edge Navi Mumbai are the examples we publish. The amount, if any, is written on the quote. We do not keep a hidden “suburb tax”.
- You want a return visit after the scope changed, or a re-measure after civil work moved a wall. That is a new appointment. If it is chargeable, you hear that before we book it.
