What Borivali flats usually need
- Full-wall wardrobes in family bedrooms, plus a loft, because the flat is storing for more than two people
- A pooja cabinet or a crockery unit that has to match the wardrobe, not a shop unit that almost fits
- An L-shaped or straight kitchen with the wet zone named on the quote
- Beds and study units in rooms that also hold a wardrobe run
National Park side and the drive
Flats along the National Park edge take more monsoon damp on external walls. A wardrobe on that wall is not the same specification as a wardrobe on an internal passage. We write the difference down.
