Goregaon East stays wet longer. Film City Road, Aarey Road, and the Gokuldham side sit against a green edge that holds moisture after the rain has stopped on Link Road. Goregaon West — Motilal Nagar, Unnat Nagar, Bangur Nagar, and the Link Road towers — is drier on paper and tighter on access. Mumbai Master Carpentry quotes them as different sites.

What we measure first
- Door height. Older Goregaon blocks, including many MHADA-type buildings, will not take a full-height shutter that was drawn for a new tower
- A kitchen replacing a builder carcass, especially on the East side where the sink wall sees more damp
- Wardrobes that stop under a beam or a loft instead of pretending the ceiling is clear
- Door and frame work where the old frame is out of square and the new leaf will not close
New towers and older blocks
A new Goregaon East tower usually has straight walls and a vendor form. An older West block has a stair, a low lintel, and a kitchen that was extended toward a drying area. We can build both. We cannot use the tower drawing on the old block. If the building wants a contractor list, send it before the visit so the gate lets us in.

Yes. We build to the opening you have, including a low lintel. A full-height design from a brochure is not forced into a short room. The height is on the drawing before we cut.
Many do. Ask your society and send the form with the enquiry. We fill what is ours. We do not turn up and discover the rule at the gate.
Aarey-edge and Film City Road flats often hold damp longer after rain. The sink and hob cut-outs are where that shows up. The quote names the board. It is not an automatic upgrade of every wardrobe in the flat.
