A carpentry quote can be one page and still be honest. The expensive mistake is a short quote that hides the board, the hardware, and the install — and an advance that leaves your account before those lines exist. Use this page before you pay anyone in Mumbai, including us. Then, if you want a quote you can actually compare, send the room to our workshop.

What a quote you can sign actually contains
- Sizes that were measured, or a clear note that they are approximate until the visit
- Carcass and shutter, separately
- Hardware, and who supplies appliances
- Installation, access, and exclusions — electrical, plumbing, civil, painting
- A payment schedule and a timeline
- The workmanship period, in words you can keep
Our own indicative bands — kitchen from ₹85,000, wardrobe from ₹22,000, furniture from ₹18,000 — are starting points for simple scopes. They are not a rate card for your flat. We do not take an advance before the materials and the timeline are written. We do not call a commercial board marine because the shutter is glossy. We do not add work on install day that was never on the quote. That is the process. No. A small, clear job can fit on one page if the board, the hardware, the install, and the warranty are still named. The problem is missing information, not the page count.
No. Ask what was left out: carcass grade, hinge duty, installation, or removal. Our bands are indicative starting points for simple scopes, not a city average. A lower price can be real. An unexplained lower price is the question. WhatsApp it to us if you want a measured comparison.
Only if you can read what is covered, who pays for the visit, and what happens in the monsoon. We do not offer a lifetime warranty. Our cover is 1 year of workmanship on the carpentry we built.
